Location: San Francisco Bay Area, actual location will be given upon registration.
Cost: $180/person for both days or $100/person for one day.
Time: 9:00am to noon and 2:00pm to 5:00pm each day.

3/13 - Chen taiji standing (zhan zhuang), dantian rotations, basic solo movements with applications, and pole shaking exercises.
3/14 - Chen taiji push hands training, taiji sphere practice, and pole shaking exercises.
